Shipping policy

At Miss Solle, we aim to get your shoes to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Times

Standard orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days while express orders are processed the same business day. During busy periods or periods of low stock, processing may take a little longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

UK Shipping

Estimated Standard delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Express delivery: 1-2 business days after dispatch

Orders are sent using Royal Mail or another trusted delivery partner, depending on the service selected.

International Shipping

We currently don’t ship outside the UK….. yet

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and available shipping service.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.

Delayed or Missing Orders

Delivery times are estimates and occasional delays may occur due to couriers, customs, weather or circumstances outside our control.

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe or your tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us and we will help investigate.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and relevant photographs, where applicable.

We will investigate the issue with the delivery provider and work with you to resolve it.
